Michael Johnson CEO

Michael O. Johnson, CEO

Michael O. Johnson is a veteran of creating and developing value and relationships for organizations and individuals. For over 30 years, Michael has served as a CEO and COO and has helped shepherd both large and small businesses toward greater productivity, profitability, and valuation, including several of his own. He has worked with corporate giants like Eli Lilly, HCA, IBM, Sun Microsystems, Websense/Raytheon, and CMGi. Michael’s innovative bona fides include co-owning science and technology patents. A person of varied interests, Michael is also the author of several books and publications on business, science, fly fishing, and life.

Jenne Geno VP Operations

Jenné M. Geno, VP of Operations

Jenné M. Geno brings to the Prophity team 20-plus years of experience in operations and project management. In her role as Prophity’s VP of Operations, Jenné fosters an environment of teamwork. She drives process improvements and keeps the team focused on a clear vision of what determines successful delivery for the customer and the company. Jenné started her career in environmental science, managing many impact-assessment projects. Her project management skills easily transferred to software development with companies such as Gryphon Software, AOL, and Sony Online Entertainment.

Bob Johnson, VP Customer Success

Bob Johnson, VP of Customer Success

Bob Johnson is a seasoned veteran with three decades of successful experience in system improvement. Bob specializes in the relationship between business decision making and information technologies. He’s known as the go-to guy to help both new and established firms discover untapped value in their businesses. A strong advocate for the power of cross-functional workplace teams, Bob takes pride in building cohesive organizations with inspired and collaborative workforces. Bob has two advanced degrees from Vanderbilt University, reads voraciously, and enjoys a good conversation with other life-long learners. When he is not working, Bob is probably in the garden with his wife Mary and their small pack of rescue dogs.

Scott Sporrer CFO

Scott Sporrer, CFO

Scott Sporrer brings over 25 years of experience working in public accounting, private industry, and investment banking. He has held senior executive positions for over 15 years in roles including CFO and President for both private and public multi-national corporations. In those roles, he has managed all aspects of corporate finance and accounting functions, including M&A advisory services. Most recently, Scott has been a Partner and Consulting CFO at TGG Accounting, a provider of outsourced accounting and business advisory services for small to mid-size businesses. At TGG, Scott focused on exit planning and value creation, closing over $500 million in transactions for small business owners. Scott earned a BA in Accounting from the University of San Diego and is a licensed CPA and CEPA.
